SO IT IS WRITTEN: ANY RULE WITH *** AROUND IT THAT IS BROKEN WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION FROM =WFC= 0: =WFC= is officaly tradmarked and cannot be used on any other web sites other then =WFC= owned sites without permission from =WFC=Pres.Dragon[HQ] 1: Foul language in server (console) is not acceptable. 2: TK’ing is not acceptable, and in a ranked server results in negative ranking. 3: Do not punish fellow =WFC= members for accidental TK’ing. Accidents do happen if it is done to many times that person may be kicked from server untill situation is resolved. 4: ***Cheating is punishable by IMMEDIATE removal from =WFC=*** 5: Do not call other players "Cheaters" or "Hackers". Take it as a compliment. If someone calls you these names it must mean you are playing very well. 6: Try your best to attend clan meetings. This will keep you up to date with new updates and or servers ect... Every Friday @ 7 Pm E.S.T in your divisions ventrilo server 7: While in clan meetings there will be no disruptions. If there is, an admin on that ventrilo is to move that person to another channel ASAP! 8: Respect ALL members at ALL times. 9: HQ / GOA’s need to donate monthly towards =WFC=. 10: Rcon or Admin abuse will result in losing access and/or possible termination. 11: Colonels and above MUST have an ‘@warforceclan.com’ e-mail account. 12: Only President can appoint/remove the rank of GOA. The Vp can appoint a GOA if the President is offline for a period of time or it is a absolute emergency. Any Commanding HQ can demote a GOA is it is called for if the Pres/Vp is not on. edited 7/07/08 13: Racial and/or sexual comments directed at fellow =WFC= members is not allowed. 14: Chain of command needs to be followed. 15: During scrims, the highest ranking member does the typing in the server. 16: If an Ex WFC Member wants to return to =WFC=, =WFC= Headquarters has to approve it. If they are allowed back, they will not be allowed to be a Division HQ rank or above and has to come in as a new recruit rank. 17: Foul language is only permitted in the Free Speech Channel on ventrilos. If 2 members have a disagreement, they are to go to a private channel and discuss it. 18: A colonel or higher has to be part of a srimmage or ladder match unless circumstances occur that he or she has to leave. 19: If wanna be gamers feel the need to talk trash to you or fellow members just respond WFC-4-LIFE. This will anger them and also will show them that =WFC= does not care what losers have to say. 20: Never type in msn, aim, x-fire things that are negative about =WFC= or fellow members. Many people like to lure you into a conversation and then copy and paste your convos on forums and/or E-mail and send them to other people. 21: You may paticipate in any or all divisions =WFC= has to offer. However if you hold the rank of LTC or higher in one division then you can you can only be a enlisted rank in the other division / divisions. 22: Only =WFC=Pres.Dragon or =WFC=Vp.Kevin can appoint the rank of Fbi. Maximum of 4 for entire clan ( if needed ) 23: ***Double clanning is not allowed, If you get caught double clanning you will be terminated from =WFC=*** 24: If an admin bans a member from ventrilo / gaming server, he or she must email or tell thier Division HQ and at least one WFC HQ member who it was and why it was done. 25: If a member has been inactive for more then 4 weeks he / she will be removed from the ventrilo servers unless that member has told Division HQ why they wont be active. 26: Screen shots, FTP logs, and E-mails are justified evidence of rules broken / cheating. Each of these items will be looked into in depth to see if they are legit, if they are you will be punished accordinly 27: ***No scammming fellow members in games for equipment or items in games that have this feature. If you do you will be terminated.*** 28: =WFC= is not a 1 man show. Decisions for Divisions will be made together by the GOA and Generals that may effect your division. The Goa has the final say to normal adjustments. Any Major decisions =WFC= HQ needs to be involved 29: All ventrilo channels are to have the recording and wav file binds disabled. Division HQ channels are not to have paging off. Scrim / match channels may have paging off. That is up to the Goa. 30: You must be the age of 14 or older to join =WFC= unless you are a family member of a current WFC member. This is effective 03/01/2006 31: When using the uiversal member name and password for ventrilos you must put your wfc name in your comment so we know who you are. 32: Phonetics for ventilo user names should only be your wfc name not long annoying remarks, nor symbols added to your name. Just make it simple and sweet so we know who you are and so it doesn't disrupt the memebrs who are in the ventrilo. 33: Chat Binds are allowed as long as they dont have sexual, racist or degrating words in them and should not be used in scrimmages or matches. 34: If a Colonel is not active in 21 days, then he will be demoted to Ltc and the member who was Ltc will be promoted to Colonel. If the previous Colonel is still inactive for the next 2 weeks then he will be demoted to a rank that the GOA feels fit. 35: If a member is going to be inactive due to vacation, illness, ect.. he needs to tell his Division HQ so they are aware. This pertains especialy to Colonels or higher. 36: The Division HQ channels on ventrilos should not have paging off. Those members need to be able to be paged while in those channels. 37: ***Only WFC members allowed to have the universal member password. If anyone is caught giving the password out to anyone that should not have it will be terminated from WFC.*** 38: ***Only WFC HQ is allowed to have Phantom enabled and use that feature on ventrilos. =WFC=Pres.Dragon's channel is NEVER to be Phantomed by ANYONE at anytime. This will result in imediate dismissal from WFC.*** 39: WFC HQ members must be able to get on all ventrilos at the same time. Divison HQ members should be able to get on thier ventrilo and the HQ ventrilo at the same time. 40: If anyone feels that someone has broken a rule to the degree that they feel they need to report it, they must fill out the "Report a Rule Breach" form on the main site. This form will go to the DOJ and he will get with the SMP and the MP for that division 41: If any clan wants to ally with WFC they must fill out the " Ally Request Form " located on the Main Site. The Ambassador[HQ] of WFC recieves this form and then will pursue this possible alliance. 42: The only members who can recieve the ( Ret ) rank is a WFC HQ member. To be eligable to recieve this rank, you must have been a member of WFC for more then 4 years and been in WFC HQ for at least 3 years. 43: Any new Expansions/Divisions that WFC may get involved in, can only be pre-approved by a Commanding HQ member. It can only be officialy approved by the President. 44: Mp's have the power to Ban/Kick a member for breaking a rule that effects the well being of WFC and its members, but if they kick an SMP or higher on a rule that does not meet the standards noted above, they will be held responsible for those actions. 45: Anyone that wants to join WFC has to fill out the application on the main web site. This is for record keeping and pre scanning of possible members. It will then be forwarded to the proper people for membership proccess. (The Sod recieves these apps. 46: ***Only the WFC President can edit and make any rules on this page. Unless told otherwise from the WFC President*** 47: All Division Ventrilos are to follow the same structure. if you have any questions on the Structure of a Ventrilo then you ask a WFC HQ member before making any changes to a Ventrilo. 48: All WFC HQ and Division HQ are to read thier warforceclan email accounts on a regular basis to keep up on information that is sent to them. Not doing this will result in possible termination from your rank. This is a important function for our structure. 49: You are held totally responsible for any comments by your name while on vent. In other words, if you cant speak it, you cant type it. Comments and speech have the same punishment effect. Including Intergration. 50: Only a WFC HQ Member or a GOA of a Division can hold the tag of WFC for our Clan. Members cannot just make up a clan tag of WFC on another server. The Expansion form has to be filled out first, then we go from there. 50: (Example Web based Games / RPG's)If WFC is in Universe 26 in O-Game, a player just cant go into another universe and make our tags. Only the Current GOA can hold those tags or a WFC HQ member and has to be approved by the president 1st for any expansion. 51: If a member that holds the rank of captain or above and wants to play in another division, they should let the GOA know so they can keep track. If they want to leave that division for another game, they should give a weeks or more notice to the GOA. 52: If a member gets banned for cheating and shares a computer with a family member, they both have to be banned at the same time until further investigating and approval by the president for the other member that was not cheating. 53: To become a member of =WFC=, you must first be approved to join and set up on ventrilo. Then you must wait 10 days or up to 3 weeks (depending on how long the GOA wants) to become an official member of =WFC= and wear our tags in game officialy. (Added 3/2 54: Your ventrilo account is yours and yours only. You do not allow any other member on your account or anyone else other then your parents if it is an emergency. This is a breach of security and you will be demoted with force if caught. Added 3/28/08 55: There cannot be any personal threats of any kind that do with bodily harm, personal property damage from one member to another within this clan! this is taken seriously and will be dealt with within the normal punishement procedures listed below 56: If Dragon shuts down a division and there are current members in that division, another division can recruit those members and give them the rank of Sfc or below they do not need to comne in as a recruit since they are already a WFC member. (added 4/4/08) 57: When a New Rectuit Get Accepted into WFC he will wear the tags =WFr= on ventrilos untill he becomes an official member of =WFC= ( effective 4/6/08 ) 58: For the special ribbon matches for getting medals, only 2 particluar medal match can be held per month per division. ( example: Rifle Expert Award ) and the matches are to be challenging to win and must have atleast 7 members involved in match. 59: Age Of Conan Division: #1 you got to be 18 for this division ( but we will take 17 year old if you are a clan member already and the parents say its ok ) #2 the age can be over ruled if your parent or parents are in the division and approve. 60: In Game Names: since there are many different games that it is hard for recruits to change the name proccess it is ok not to have the WFC tag infront of your name. there are only a very few that fall into this catagory. so you must see Dragon for approval 61: If a GOA steps down/leaves/ or gets demoted, and i have an active =WFC= HQ member in that game then he/she will become #1 in charge of that division untill i find a suitable Goa that meets all requirements noted on the duty page 62: Before a Division can expand to another battalion ( unless it is a special battlaion and approved by a vote by =WFC= HQ ) you have to have atleast 12 active members in a battlaion already on ventrilo. Effective 7/07/08 63: If you are in more then 1 division or play more then 1 game that WFC offers, You need to be try your best to be on the ventrilo for the game you are playing, you may be on both, but most important to be on the vent for the game you are playing. 7/07/08 64: Only a WFC HQ member can own a server for WFC, unless otherwise agreed on by =WFC=Pres.Dragon[HQ]. If you are approved, the proper people need and will have total access to that server. Breach of the above will be treated as follows: First Offense: Verbally Warned Second Offense:Possible Demotion Third Offense: 48 Hour ban from =WFC= Fourth Offense: Removal From =WFC= General Staff and Clan Leaders have final say
